Commercial Water Damage in Lake Charles Storage Pod

SERVPRO techs answered a call to clean up water damage that occurred in a Lake Charles storage pod. One place people pay specifically for their belongings to get protected. The techs erected a temporary containment space within the pod to store the miscellaneous items to stop them from incurring any damage or dust during the mitigation process. The moisture ruined the walls, and both the sheetrock and insulation required removal. Electrical for running multiple pieces of equipment was not available within the pod, so techs utilized their own generators to power the needed equipment. During the scoping to determine the scale of the cleanup, traces of mold damage got identified, and the techs also handled the required mold remediation application.
