Removing Mold From Behind Cabinets

This home had a severe moisture problem that lead to mold growing behind the cabinets. The homeowner had noticed a musty smell and suspected they might have mold. They called SERVPRO of Slidell to handle the situation.

Upon arrival we starting using hygrometers and other equipment for detecting the source of the moisture problem. Once we had pinpointed the source, we quickly formed a plan of action and got started tearing out the cabinets and flooring. We used drying equipment to help the moisture evaporate more quickly in order to mitigate further damage to the home.
