SERVPRO Participates in Large Scale Commercial Water Damage Cleanup in College Station
A severe cold snap caused the water lines in this College Station building to burst and flooded the first floor of the apartment complex. Due to the massive incidents of plumbing issues caused by the freezing temperatures, there was only a single plumber available to handle disconnecting the water lines and the pipe repairs needed in the 16 buildings and a total of 44 units affected by water damage. SERVPRO technicians extracted the water and a large number of the cabinets in the units had water saturation to the point they had no restoration potential and needed removal.
